Recital Withdrawal Policy:

• I understand that the recital participation fee once paid is non-refundable for any reason.
  
  
• I understand that I must withdraw my child from the recital via THIS FORM ONLY and that: 
  1. Communicating recital withdrawal in person will not be accepted.
  2. Communicating recital withdrawal over the phone, voicemail or text message will not be accepted. 
  3. Communicating recital withdrawal via social media channels will not be accepted. 
     
     
• I understand that if I want to stop the automatic recital participation fee payment on the 10th, I will withdraw from the recital at least 72 hours in advance via this form (by the 7th).
