  • I understand that there are no refunds for paid tuition after the 14-Day Money Back Guarantee for any reason and that this policy is non-negotiable.

  • I understand that I must withdraw my child from Dance Kids via THIS FORM ONLY and that: 
    1. Not attending classes does not imply notice of withdrawal.
    2. Communicating withdrawal in person will not be accepted.
    3. Communicating withdrawal over the phone, voicemail or text message will not be accepted. 
    4. Communicating withdrawal via social media channels will not be accepted. 

  • I understand that if I want to stop the automatic tuition on the 20th of the month, I will withdraw at least 72 hours in advance via this form (by the 17th of the month).

  3. Withdrawal Notification via Designated Form: To initiate the withdrawal process, parents or guardians must use the designated withdrawal form provided by Dance Kids Toronto. This form ensures that we have all the necessary information to process the withdrawal efficiently.

  4. Withdrawal Methods: It's important to note that withdrawal from Dance Kids Toronto must be done exclusively through the designated withdrawal form. The following methods of withdrawal notification are not accepted:

    • Not Attending Classes: Non-attendance does not imply notice of withdrawal. To officially withdraw, you must complete the withdrawal form.

    • In-Person Communication: Communicating withdrawal in person at the studio will not be accepted. We require the use of the designated form for documentation.

    • Phone, Voicemail, or Text Message: Withdrawal communicated via phone, voicemail, or text message will not be accepted. The designated form is the preferred and documented method.

    • Social Media Channels: Withdrawal requests made through social media channels will not be accepted. To ensure a proper record of the withdrawal, please use the designated form.

  5. Automatic Tuition Payment: If you wish to stop the automatic tuition payment scheduled for the 20th of the month, you must initiate the withdrawal process at least 72 hours in advance. This means submitting the withdrawal form by the 17th of the month to avoid the next automatic payment.
